Shipping Options and Rates 

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. Here are our standard shipping options:

  • Rate: $3.00 flat rate 

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days 

  1. Expedited Shipping 

  • Rate: $10.00 flat rate 

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days 

  1. Overnight Shipping 

  • Rate: $20.00 flat rate 

  • Delivery Time: 1 business day 

Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. No promo code is required. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout. 

International Shipping 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the shipping rates provided at checkout for accurate pricing. 

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Ecozen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 

Ecozen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Missing or Lost Packages
